How Does Carra's System Work?

Carra's Care, provides a restoring system called Genetic Alignment, which works from the inside out. The human temple (body) is made up of three parts; spiritual, mental and physical. These three parts are cohesively working together to deliver optimum Health to individuals. Whenever any one of these elements are broken down, the other parts of the body are tremendously affected. Carra created this system after doing years of research to understand the root cause of various health conditions. Ironically she discovered that poor nutrition is 80 percent of the cause. The other 20 percent is due to lack of exercise and stress.
